Brent has to be single handedly the best hospitality person I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

I’ve always had a love for food and beverage. Even before I tried to understand f&b as an industry, I realized at an early age how much impact sitting with my family to dinner had on my life. Learning the impact of timeless moments, respecting the intricacies of nature and developing a love for taste and simplicity has driven my career.

I learned a ton about this industry from my Jazz Hero Award winning Granddad, Bill Foster. After a successful career in radio broadcasting, I decided to devote my future to food, beverage, and hospitality.

I’ve worked in almost every position in a restaurant setting. No matter if it’s fine dining, a food truck, high-volume cocktail lounge or beer bar; I promise a relentlessly hospitable experience and a memorable exchange of ideas.

Hospitality is present when something happens for you. It is absent when something happens to you. Those two simple prepositions - for and to - express it all.
