The joy of creating timeless moments, a respect for the intricacies of nature, and a love for taste and simplicity have driven my career

alongside a little bit of 90s hip hop.

I’ve always loved food and beverage. Long before I considered it my career, sititng down to dinner with my family had a huge impact on my life. I learned a ton about the hospitality industry (among other things) from my Jazz Hero Award-winning Granddad, Bill Foster, while sitting around the table together.

After a successful early career as a radio DJ, I entered the food & beverage industry. Since then, I’ve worked in almost every position in a restaurant setting — fine dining and food trucks, a James Beard recognized cocktail lounge and a locally-focused craft beer bar. I’ve run restaurant kitchens and cooked over open fires on farms and in mountaintop pastures.

No matter where we end up, I promise we’ll have some fun and a really great meal.

Whether you’re looking to host an intimate family-style dinner party filled with special touches or need someone to cater an event in an un-traditional setting, my team and I are excited to bring your vision to life (or help you create it from the ground up). We will turn your home or venue into a fine dining setting, thinking through every step of the experience so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. You can rest assured that the menu will be delicious, exciting, and always seasonally driven with the freshest ingredients from local farmers.

I also offer menu consulting services for bar and culinary programs, focusing on brand development and local sourcing. If you are opening a new concept, planning a seasonal menu change-over, or a special event pop-up celebration, I’d love to hear from you.

In addition to brand and menu development, I excel in content and food styling. As we develop your menu, I can provide professional-quality photography of each item for use on social and online.

Send me an email with what you’re looking for. It could be a well-thought-out plan for a themed Dr. Suess Dinner party that requires full production and service support or just an inkling of an idea that you’d like to throw a birthday brunch and need simple catering

I’ll put together a proposal and schedule a video call for us to connect. We’ll talk through your ideas and my ideas. We’ll laugh a little bit. It’ll be fun.

Then, I’ll get to work making you some really great food.
